Description

I do not live full time on the farm. There is an artesian well at the farm house that puts out approx 2000 to 3000 gals of water per 24 hr. period. There is no fencing, someone would have to fence certain areas. There is approx 55 acres near the buildings that has winter wheat on it, which may already be combined and/or very soon. Once removed, there would be easy access to the artesian well water. The farm is approx 5 miles from lake Michigan and 5 miles north of Mishicot. There is definitely a cooling effect from the lake most of the time. There is approx 30 to 35 acres of high grassland that I have not farmed since 1994 and before. It was alfalfa fields at one time. There are several areas of large mature trees for shelter and shade. I will be at the farm on Wednesday afternoon and possibly Thursday morning. Email or call with questions or comments.
